Services Offered

First Training Session:

Following a review of your medical and fitness history, a fitness assessment is completed covering all of the health related components of fitness:

  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Joint flexibility
  • Body composition

Following the fitness assessment, individualized goals are established and a personalized program is designed.

Future Training Sessions:

Depending on the goals you establish, future sessions will be 1-2 hours in length and may include:

  • Weight and/or resistance training
  • Abdominal/core strength training
  • Flexibility/stretching exercises
  • Interval training
  • Circuit training

Personal Training Services Include:

Fitness Assesment, Weight Room Orientation, and Various Fitness Packages including 6, 12, or 18 sessions.

Mobile Training Services:

Boot camps for groups or individuals, midday workouts, office workouts, in home training, group sessions, and pre/postnatal services are offered.
